Our return policies ?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. You have up to 2 days after delivery to notify us of any issues or concerns.
We make sure to inspect every item before sending out, if you receive any defected item make sure to inform us directly -within max 24 hours- with a photo/video of the issue. In some cases, return policy won't be available unfortunately.

How to choose your size ?
Our team is always available to assist you with that, don't worry. You can also use the reference ways below.
1. Have a piece of paper/thread wrapped around your finger exactly, then mark it with a pen, and put it on ruler to get the size in mm. Or, use a measuring tape directly.
2. Compare your finger's circumference to the size as follows.
size 6 : 50.5~52 mm
size 7 : 52~54.4 mm
size 8 : 54.5~57 mm
size 9 : 57.1~59.6 mm
OR
1. Grab an old ring you have, measure it's straight diameter with a ruler.
2. Compare your ring's diameter to the size as follows.
size 6 : 16.2~16.5 mm
size 7 : 16.6~17.3 mm
size 8 : 17.4~18.15 mm
size 9 : 18.16~18.95 mm
If you're not sure of your size, you can always pick adjustable rings or have an exchange option for an extra delivery charge only.
Can you wear our Jewelry everyday ?
Absolutely! Our products are stainless steel gold plated items _which makes them tarnish-free and water-proof_ designed for everyday use. Including exposure to water, sweat, perfume and soap.
In other words, you can enjoy your everyday activities, pool vacations and hobbies glammed with glemma's jewelry pieces. All you need to do is take care of them.
Are our Jewelry safe for sensitive skin ?
We are more than proud to ensure that YES! Our products are hypoallergenic and gold plated, making them safe to most of the skin types.
However, if you encounter any allergic reaction please consult your doctor right away, and make sure to tell us about your concerns. Your safety is a priority for us.
How to take care of your Jewelry ?
Although our jewelry are long-lasting, durable and anti-tarnish. We recommend wiping them with the microfiber cloth provided with your order, and storing them in their pouches or box to avoid any scratching.
Do we offer gift packaging ?
Eventually, our packaging boxes and pouches are designed to be a gift to every customer. No extra wrapping is needed.
For special gifts, we accept personalized messages to be added. We might also add extra gifts for a minimum charge discussed with you upon order confirmation.
On the other hand, you can always use a gift card from our store to surprise your beloved ones.
Can you buy a gift card ?
Yes, this option is available in Lebanon, you can contact us directly to place a gift card order. You'll have to pay the amount directly by WhishMoney, and receive a printable digital gift card ID. You can provide the name of the receiver with a side note to be added if you like.
How often do we launch new collections ?
Part of our identity as Glemma is collection releases with limited pieces. We barely restock items, but surely release new unique items continuously.
Each item reflects our vision and vibes, holds a chosen name with a sweet message, and is selected with intention and love, where every purchase means a lot to us.
